PRIMARY TASKS & MAJOR ACTIVITIES

Provide leadership in the ongoing development and improvement of the softball program through coordination, planning, evaluation, and implementation of programs.  Responsible for information contained in the Student Activities Procedures Guide and the implementation of the procedures within as well as MSHSAA and district policies/procedures.  Assist Head Softball Coach with planning, execution, and supervision of all practice sessions and competitions.  Assist Head Softball Coach with planning and preparation for the season, off-season conditioning, equipment management, and other tasks as directed.  Be loyal to the District's entire academic program.

 

EDUCATIONAL/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Missouri teaching certificate preferred; previous coaching experience.  Willingness to understand and support the District's Comprehensive School Improvement Plan.
