Summary

A Paraprofessional II - Motor Lab employee provides structured, research-informed academic, enrichment, and/or sensory-based instruction and interventions to support students’ learning. This role collaborates closely with general education teachers, special education staff, and related service providers to improve student access to instruction.

The Paraprofessional designs and implements developmentally appropriate activities that strengthen academic performance, problem-solving, creativity, gross motor skills, coordination, sensory processing, and self-regulation, ensuring that all students are supported in achieving academic and behavioral success.
